I worked with Alicia when I started thinking about getting back into exercise postpartum. I had an emergency c-section after nearly 24 hrs of labor so needless to say, my body had been torn apart, quite literally. I knew I needed guidance on appropriate exercises for rebuilding my core. Alicia had so much knowledge and was able to provide safe and effective workouts. She met me where I was in all aspects and worked with the equipment I had. I highly recommend working with Alicia, especially for any new mom.

This past year I discovered I may have had a uterine or a bladder prolapse! I could not run 1.5 miles without having an accident. I soon saw a physical therapist who introduced me to exercises that could help, and then I met Alicia. Alicia has been able to put me on a program to help me further my overall core strength, but also teach me really focus on understanding a & strengthening my pelvic floor. Now that I’ve been incorporating her workouts into my routine, I have noticed a huge difference while I exercise. I have since ran over 4 miles without any issues, and have signed up for my first half marathon. I would definitely recommend Alicia for a coach! Update: A did her half marathon in the beginning of March- 13.1 miles and ZERO pelvic floor DYSFUNCTION!

We began each workout with different breathing exercises and really focused on our breathing throughout. A few months after it was introduced, I found out that I was expecting my first child. Alicia was already well versed in training people while they were pregnant, but was always doing more research on exercises to incorporate to help me. I ended up being able to workout out until I was 41 weeks and was able to use the breathing techniques that she taught me to have a drug free (natural) delivery. Overall, Alicia helped me feel the strongest that I have ever felt. I would highly recommend her and know that she would be an asset to any studio or gym. Not only is she a great trainer, but I also know that she takes ownership and is invested in her job.

I had Alicia as my coach for several years and she is absolutely wonderful to work with. I was fairly new to weightlifting when I started training with her and she provided me with a comprehensive guide to take to the gym so I knew exactly what I needed to do. She was also always available to help with form via instructional videos and provided me with her immediate feedback on my own videos while I was still at the gym! Because of her coaching and workouts I have been able to safely and effectively train and make progress in my strength and health. When the pandemic hit and I had to shift to home workouts she had no problem reworking my program to what I needed. She is an excellent coach and a wonderful person, I would absolutely recommend her to anyone, whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey or you've been lifting for years and need a bit of guidance and accountability! Thanks again Alicia for all your help! 😊

Over the next year, not only did my body change, but my mindset changed completely. My whole life I had been afraid of being active, thinking I was too big or too slow. I would worry what other people were thinking. Alicia was exactly what my fragile spirit needed. Her instruction helped me know how to use proper form, but more importantly, her words helped me realize I was so much stronger than I ever thought. She helped me see that it is okay to fail, as long as I pick myself back up. I knew my mindset had really changed the day I walked into a large gym with my husband and felt completely comfortable. No longer was I worried about what other people thought—I knew what I was doing, and I was proud of what I could do!

Who better to tell you that they have been there and to understand then your coach? Pictures say a thousand words right? :) Bodies changes, they are supposed to. When it's time for you to take back control- you can move mountains with a bit of consitency and support.
